Lullaby Converter is a small operation, so replies usually take a few days rather than a few minutes. Including the link to the song you are writing about — or the email address you signed in with — makes it much faster to sort out.
Things worth writing about
- Something broke. A song that never finished, a lullaby that came out silent or wrong, a page that will not load.
- Payment and refunds. You paid and did not get your full version, or you were charged twice. Send the email address you paid with.
- Rights and takedowns. Something on the site uses your work without permission. Send the link, the work you say it infringes, and a way to reach you.
- Delete my account. We will remove your account and the lullabies attached to it. Uploaded recordings are deleted automatically within a week either way.
- Everything else. Ideas, a song it handled beautifully, a song it mangled, press.
Before you write
A preview only renders the first stretch of a song, and the arrangement is deliberately sparse — that is the music box working as intended rather than a fault. If the melody came out wrong, try trimming the selection to the part of the song that actually carries the tune, which is usually the vocal.
